Yin and Yang are polar opposites, but cannot live without one another. The separation of them in the human body, in fact, equals death. The familiar symbol illustrates this continuum and how Yin is within Yang and Yang is within Yin. Yin and Yang exists in the body, on the earth and in the cosmos. Yin is the fluid of the body, Yang is the mass. Yin is the first day of winter, Yang is the first day of summer. Yin is dark, cold, inward and reflective, Yang is bright, warm, outward and active. In nature, there is perfect balance and nature ALWAYS finds a way. At this time in history, humanity is WAY out of balance. There are more answers than we are being led to believe. Let's work together and FIX THIS. Who is with us? 

My name is Donna. I am an acupuncturist and practitioner of Eastern medicine. I've been in practice for nearly 19 years. I practice what I consider to be one of the two main medicines on this planet. My education, training and the years in practice have taught me that the Human Body is an extraordinary vessel capable of deep healing. Our innate system for fighting off pathogens is greater than we've been led to believe. Eastern medicine is the original "Functional Medicine". It seeks to get to the root of every imbalance that leads to disease and disharmony. With the proper tools, it is possible to heal from everything and anything that ails us, if we so choose. And, hey, absolutely no judgement of those who choose the path of living life their way or don't have the means or the desire. We all have our own unique path upon this Earth at this time in history and it is our obligation to be who and what we are - EVERYONE has a purpose and a reason for being here. My work is helping people find balance, harmony and health for the time they have on this Earth - it is to help people have not just a good life, but also a good death. It is my passion to inspire, educate and empower ANYONE willing to listen. I don't know everything, and I don't have all the answers, but in the time I've been on this planet, I've learned a few things and I've been known to help some people along the way.

Those among us who have spent a lifetime observing humans in nature and figuring out the many ways to achieve, maintain and restore health are the people we ALLLL want to know and learn from. And YET, many are being thrown under the bus, ridiculed, shamed, diminished; years of work discounted, CENSORED. Why? It's nothing new, it's been happening since the 1600s and probably before. Women (and men) were hung, drowned and burned at the stake for using nature to heal their families. Pharma has its place, but NOT at the expense of natural medicine. I for one am TIRED of fighting for what I KNOW is good medicine, but I shall continue until the day I die because it's what's needed. There are forces at work here, that could be sinister or maybe think they're doing right, but are slowly killing us - and from where I sit, it seems that they've gotten a majority of citizens to do their bidding.

Since March of 2020, I have been paying close attention to the world around me. I've been quietly watching as people bully, shame and yell with self-righteous indignation at the people who think and act differently. It is disconcerting to say the least. At first, it was the politics, then it was the virus and now, as of this writing, it is the vaccine. I've been listening, observing, reading, writing, investigating, deciphering, raging and grieving. I've inhabited this planet in my current physical form for 58 years. I've been working since I was 13, and have worked hard to achieve all that I have. I've been an active, voting, tax-paying member of society, hopefully making some decent contributions, all in an effort to help create a world worth living in, not just for myself, but also for my fellow humans. Our Democracy is crumbling. Medical Freedom diminishing before our eyes. Totalitarianism is already here. We need to WAKE UP. 

In the past several months, I have witnessed people that I know, love, respect AND disrespect become downright bullies filled with fear, judgement, opinions and anger, toward fellow human beings who are slinging it right back as if they were enemies. We will not prevail in this way. I am being called to DO SOMETHING. We MUST come together. We are more alike than we are different and I truly believe that WE ARE BEING PLAYED. I'm not sure how this will go, and I'm not taking the time to build the perfect business plan, I'm just going to do what I know to do and that is meet each moment as it comes. I do know that there will be love and sadly, there will be hate. My goal, however, is to have NO ONE mad at me. Wish me luck.​  WE ARE NOT VICTIMS. We are more powerful than we've been taught to believe.
